I'm Matt,
I started Constructive View in 2023. I have several years experience within New Zealand’s commercial construction industry.
Having worked for a Tier 1 Main Contractor throughout NZ and being employed in a range of roles, I have first handedly, experienced the problems that can be associated with new IFC drawings on a live construction site.
With our unique experience we are able to offer a construction drawing review process to mitigate these common issues.
With our calibre of experience we can offer Architects/Designers throughout New Zealand, the opportunity to have their construction drawings independently reviewed; from a builder’s perspective.
By addressing issues early on can save you time, avoid common, often costly issues & mitigate risks; removing RFI’s, highlighting problematic construction detailing and ensuring compliant designs will optimise the construction process, thus avoiding financial implications which may be imposed later in the project.
